About John
I am a tertiary qualified business professional. For the last decade I have actively been involved in training students in Business Management, Aged Care and also Work Health and Safety.
I have found that my communication skills have allowed a smooth transition across these disciplines and students enjoy the activities in which I involve them in ( as part of the learning process) .
I don't use long winded or complex explanations but prefer to keep things as simple as possible. I find that works well.

Explaining concepts and providing examples in day to day situations provides greater allows for greater clarity of what is being explained.
Using real life experiences to students provides them with a greater understanding of what is being studied.
Having worked with international students ( in most cases English being a second or third language) has given me lasting strategies in communication techniques.
