About Serena
I am a University graduate with a degree in History along with English and Latin A-levels. I mentored younger students in Latin and assisted with English lessons. Having been a Deptuy Editor for a student Newspaper I possess writing and grammar skills with an eye for detail. I am currently undertaking a TEFL which will solidify my ability as a tutor.

I first determine what a student knows and struggles with. Make sure they know the basics, then go through the different points of their syllabus or learning programme with a quick review at the end of each one to ensure complete understanding, focusing more on their weak points. I aim to tailor my lessons so they suit the individual as best as possible considering not one person has the same learning style.
