I am a dedicated University Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Sciences with over 7 years of experience in higher education. I hold a Master’s degree in Physiology (Sport & Exercise) and am currently pursuing a PhD in Sport and Exercise Science. My academic background is matched by a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
