About Andrew
My name is Andrew, and I’m a Flight Student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where math and precision are part of everything I do. I bring that same focus and problem-solving mindset into my tutoring. With a strong academic background in mathematics and real-world experience applying it in aviation, I help students truly understand how numbers work — not just how to get the right answer. I’m patient, professional, and dedicated to making every session productive and encouraging. Whether you’re preparing for college-level math, tackling Algebra for the first time, or just want to feel more confident in the subject, I’ll meet you at your level and help you progress step by step. About Andrew’s Math Tutoring
Hi, I’m Andrew, a Flight Student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving. I specialize in Algebra and College/University math preparation, helping students build real understanding instead of just memorizing formulas.
My approach is clear and practical — I break concepts down step by step, connect math to real-world examples, and focus on developing confidence in problem-solving. A typical lesson starts with reviewing what you already know, identifying weak areas, and working through examples together until everything clicks. I make sure every session ends with you understanding why something works, not just how to do it.
What sets me apart is that I teach from a student’s perspective — I know what it’s like to struggle with math, and I’ve learned how to make it make sense. My lessons are ideal for high school and early college students who want to strengthen their Algebra skills, prepare for placement exams, or get ready for university-level math.
