About Nathan

Alongside my studies, I am a competitive tennis player and have represented teams at university level, which has helped develop my discipline, communication and leadership skills. I enjoy travelling and am currently taking a gap year to teach, gain experience and explore new cultures. I am organised, approachable and committed to creating a positive and motivating learning environment, ensuring students feel supported, confident and comfortable asking questions.

About the lesson

My lessons are structured, supportive and tailored to each student’s needs. I am a Warwick University maths student with over two years of tutoring experience, and I have also spent six years working as a tennis coach, giving me extensive experience teaching children and learners of all ages and abilities. I focus on building strong fundamentals before moving on to exam-style questions and problem-solving techniques. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are suitable for GCSE students in all subjects, as well as A-level Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics. I adapt my teaching pace and style to suit each learner, helping students gain confidence, improve understanding and achieve higher grades.
