About Selina
Hi there, I'm Selina! I am currently a student at the University of Melbourne from New Zealand. In the Oct/Nov 2025 Cambridge exam series, I received an A*. Having recently completed the Cambridge syllabus (9609), I have a strong and up-to-date understanding of both the content and exam technique required to achieve top grades.
I am passionate about helping students improve their understanding, confidence, and exam performance in Business. I understand that Cambridge exams require not only knowledge, but also the ability to structure answers correctly and apply concepts effectively.
As someone who has recently gone through the same process, I am able to explain concepts clearly and relate to the challenges students face. My goal is to help students reach their full potential and achieve the best results possible.

My lessons focus on helping students achieve A and A* grades in Cambridge AS and A-Level Business (9609) by mastering exam technique, essay structure, and case study analysis. Having gone through the Cambridge examination process myself and achieved an A*, I understand exactly what the syllabus requires and what examiners look for to award top marks.
Each lesson is typically 60 minutes and tailored to the student’s individual needs, whether that is understanding key concepts, improving evaluation and analysis, or preparing for upcoming exams. I teach both AS and A-Level students and focus on explaining complex topics in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand way.
My teaching approach is structured and exam-focused, using real past paper questions, mark schemes, and proven answering techniques. Students will learn how to effectively structure 8, 10, 12, and 20 mark questions, improve their evaluation skills, and build confidence in exam situations.
