About Hazel
[Now taking on students for the 2026/2027 law application cycle]
As an Oxford graduate in both Jurisprudence (BA) and Criminology and Criminal Justice (MSc), I know first-hand what it takes to succeed as a law applicant. I draw on that experience, alongside insights gained from over 300 lessons delivered across a range of platforms and agencies, to guide my students through the LNAT process. Wherever their starting point, I am committed to sustainable yet ambitious preparation strategies for each and every student.

Combination of exam materials orientated lessons for Section A and 'thinking out loud' debate-structured Section B lessons supplemented with materials. A typical lesson will last 60 minutes and is ideal for those who are preparing to sit their LNAT exam either this year or the following year. I am best suited for those aiming to secure competitive Russell Group and Oxbridge places.
Example Section A Lesson Content:
(i) Identifying question types (linguistic, logical consequence, argumentative etc) and common flaw types examiners include in each
(ii) Time management strategies and alternative question approaches
(iii)Mock feedback and in-lesson question attempts
Example Section B Lesson Content:
(i) Repeatable and reliable essay structure mapping
(ii) Persuasive techniques and the role of counter-arguments
(iii) Knowledge Lessons: covering specific legal and philosophical topics and theories in depth, utilising both revision materials and 'thinking out loud' reasoning
(iv) Making links between topics: how can we link our knowledge about topic X to unexpected topic Y?
