About Nimra
I am a final year University Student getting my Computer Science degree from an Australian University. I have been given opportunities inside my university itself to tutor any struggling university students in programming (Java and C++) because of my distinctive grades.

My method is specific to each student. my main strategy is to bring myself to the level of the student.
Firstly, I also make sure to build a rapport with any of my students as that helps the student stay motivated throughout the learning process.
Moreover, the structure of my class would again depend on what exactly does the student wants out of my class. it depends very on their goals. Do they want to get the basics concepts of programming to be perfect? then I'd choose an incremental approach where things pace up as we move forward.
DO they want help in a programming assignment? then my approach would be to reach the assignment with them and as I'm reading, I would think out aloud so that they learn to think like a programmer and can be more dependent.
