About Rachel
Hi, my name is Rachel and I am a student at the University of New South Wales studying Engineering and Arts. Other than study I play Netball, watch lots of movies and film/edit videos. I personally love reading and writing but moreover enjoy teaching younger students in innovative and helpful ways to build a level of understanding that cannot be achieved in an ordinary classroom environment.
In the past I have tutored 3 school students in both Reading Comprehension, Writing and Maths.

I conduct personalized lessons that adapt to the student’s needs. For younger students, I use both interactive technique-building games and collaborative writing tasks to make lessons productive yet enjoyable. I can also compile a program for NAPLAN or selective test prep. For high school students, I can provide specific and effective feedback for classwork and assessments as well as strategies for maximizing marks. I also design aids and writing exercises to help my students excel in class.
