About Aaratrika

Hi! I'm Aaratrika, a student majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Sydney. Ever since I was a child, I have always helped my peers learn topics they could not understand, eventually leading to me helping other students in our school's support program. I have also previously volunteered at charity organizations to teach students English. After a while, I realized how much I loved teaching, and working with students. English has always been one of my favorite subjects, so when I combined my love for the language and teaching, I arrived here!

About the lesson

As a student, I understand that every student has a different learning style, so I will first get to know your learning style and then tailor my lessons accordingly. I genuinely believe in the active learning of language. Hence, my English lessons will not just focus on grammar and writing, but also on speaking and using it on a daily basis. My lesson plans and methods will change based on your goals, age, year level, curriculum, and learning pattern. I received a grade of 8.0 in the IELTS and completed the IB English Language and Literature subject at a higher level. I have previously tutored other students in support programs back in school, and have given lessons at charity organizations.
