About Hannah
I have an A* grade in maths at GCSE and an A in my AS level where I achieved full marks in 2/3 of the exams. Therefore I see myself as being able to pass on my own techniques to other students, which will hopefully work as well for them as they did for me.
I have experience tutoring maths having taught GCSE to two students in the past year. Both improved in their grades drastically and gained in confidence. I am highly familiar with the GCSE syllabus and have lots of resources at my disposal to share with students. I am competent in online tuition, having done so for the past three years, and know how to get pupils to respond well to this.

I am an approachable and helpful University of Exeter graduate who would love to help local students improve in their studies. Although I am currently studying English, I have always loved maths and achieved an A* in my GCSE and an A in my AS level. With maths, I believe it is important to get to know pupils first in order to work out which areas they understand and which they don't, which is why I believe past papers and common exam questions are crucial. I like to spend my time helping pupils in the areas they struggle in so as to improve in their confidence and ensure they begin to enjoy maths rather than to fear it.
