About Sameer
I am a recent graduate from the University of Warwick, holding a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Chemistry (2022). I studied Chemistry, Maths, and History at A level, achieving 3 A’s in 2019. I provide tuition in Chemistry (GCSE & A Level), Maths (GCSE), and Physics (GCSE).
I was once a struggling student myself — ranked in the bottom set in Year 10 — but I took it upon myself to teach concepts independently rather than relying solely on crowded classrooms. My grades quickly improved, and I developed a genuine love for Science and Maths. This experience inspired me to start teaching my peers, and I’ve loved teaching ever since.
I take pride in distilling complex concepts into clear, understandable explanations, while also providing the foundational knowledge students need to think critically and tackle challenging problems. My teaching is always aligned with the exam syllabus, ensuring students gain confidence in both content and exam technique.
I am patient, empathetic, and encouraging, and I aim to make every lesson engaging and meaningful. I am passionate about helping students not only improve their grades but also develop a lasting understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.

My lessons are based on teaching students exactly what they need to know to succeed in exams based on what is stated by their exam syllabus.
I try to keep lessons as low pressured and fun as possible as I understand this is essential to creating an optimal environment for students to learn, which many school classrooms cannot mimic!
Lessons last 60 minutes, though I understand we may spill over here and there - no lesson should finish abruptly if it means the student leaves confused or uncertain.
