About Amna
I’m a graduate of the University of Warwick with a degree in Biochemistry, and I currently serve as the Head of Chemistry. With years of teaching experience and a passion for helping students succeed, I am dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of Chemistry and exam strategies. As an experienced Pearson examiner, I have an in-depth understanding of exam formats, grading criteria, and what students need to do to achieve top marks. This unique insight allows me to offer targeted guidance that aligns with the specific expectations of exam boards, helping students improve both their subject knowledge and exam performance. I’ve been tutoring for 5+ years, helping students of all levels—from GCSE to A-level—develop confidence in their studies. Whether it's mastering complex concepts, refining exam techniques, or tackling past papers, I tailor my lessons to meet each student’s individual needs and learning style. My approach is results-driven, with a strong focus on exam preparation techniques like time management, question analysis, and how to approach tricky topics effectively.
