My Approach as a Reading Tutor
I believe every student can learn to read with the right support, patience, and encouragement. I make my lessons fun, simple, and comfortable so students can learn without feeling pressured.
I use phonics, vocabulary practice, guided reading, pronunciation, storytelling, and comprehension activities. I adjust my teaching style based on each student’s needs, learning pace, and reading level.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by a new reading skill, guided practice, and a short reading activity. We then check understanding, practice independently, and review what the student has learned.
What sets me apart is my patience, personalized approach, and genuine care for my students’ progress. I want students not only to improve their reading skills but also to become more confident and enjoy learning.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, young learners, elementary students, struggling readers, and anyone who wants to improve their reading fluency and comprehension. My goal is to help every student become a more confident and capable reader, one step at a time.
