Details
Mediators are requested to create a dedicated time for the class by having a personal space for meditative practices 1. Empty stomach conditions are ideal, so avoid having heavy meals or snacks right before the classes, 2. The mediators are requested to wear comfortable clothes to support sitting in closed leg postures. 3. The meditators are requested to join in and be seated a few minutes early to avoid any sort of disturbance.
