About Amir
I’ve been playing chess at a high level for 25 years, starting when I was just 5 years old. Winning lots of national and international tournaments along the way.
For a long time, chess was a source of great pride—it earned me recognition as "the smart guy" in every room and opened many doors for me.
However, behind the scenes, keeping up with top-tier competition was a tough and ruthless experience. Sometimes losing is hard. Chess could be violent too.
It took me years to unlearn that pressure/fear and discover how to truly enjoy chess, regardless of whether I won or lost.
This also led to understanding the game on a deeper level and in a new light.
Today, I feel deeply grateful to play and teach this divine game from a place of passion. I’m here to share the fruits of my journey with anyone ready to unlock the deeper secrets of the game.
