I will teach history and social sciences to students from grades 5 to 12.
Class Structure:
1. Introduction (5-10 minutes): Beginning of each class with a brief overview or recap of the previous lesson. This helps reinforce learning and sets the stage for the day's topic.
2. Main Lesson (20-30 minutes): Diving into the main topic for the day. Breaking down complex concepts into simpler, age-appropriate explanations. Using visual aids, stories, and interactive activities to engage students.
3. Individual Work (10-15 minutes): Assigning individual tasks such as worksheets, quizzes, or writing exercises to assess comprehension and reinforce learning.
4. Review and Conclusion (5-10 minutes): Recapping the key points of the lesson and answer any lingering questions. Providing feedback and encouragement to students.

1. Storytelling: Use of narratives and stories to make historical events come alive. This helps students relate to the past and remember important details.
