About Jade
My piano teaching approach focuses on helping both kids and adults build strong technique, develop reliable practice habits, and enjoy every step of learning. I create lessons that are fun, structured, and tailored to each student’s goals. No matter your age or experience level, I make sure you feel supported and motivated.
I use music games and creative challenges to keep younger students excited, while adults benefit from a calm, encouraging space that makes playing feel expressive and relaxing. Backing tracks add energy and help students play with confidence and rhythm. We explore classical pieces for technique and popular songs for inspiration, creating a balanced and enjoyable learning path.
For learners who use music as a form of emotional expression, I gently guide them in turning their feelings into meaningful sound. For those drawn to improvisation and musical freedom, I help them listen deeply, experiment boldly, and develop their own musical voice. Everyone learns at a pace that feels right for them, with steady support along the way.

I’m a dedicated piano tutor with over 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Piano. I love helping students discover their musical abilities through lessons that are fully personalised to their goals and learning style. Whether you’re a complete beginner or working towards an advanced level of mastery, I adapt each session to support your growth.
I specialise in chord theory, ear training, improvisation, and performance skills, giving students a strong foundation while also encouraging creativity. My teaching style is supportive, engaging, and focused on building both confidence and musical understanding. I want every student to feel comfortable exploring new ideas and developing their own musical expression.
Over the years, I’ve taught a wide variety of styles including classical, jazz, and contemporary music, helping students become well-rounded and versatile musicians. I enjoy blending technique, musicality, and personal expression so that learning feels both structured and inspiring. Each lesson balances skill-building with moments of discovery and enjoyment.
