About Bianca
My teaching approach to piano lessons focuses on building strong fundamentals while keeping lessons engaging and personalised. I emphasise sight reading skills early on, helping students read music fluently and confidently. Improvisation is also a key part of my lessons, encouraging creativity and musical expression alongside technical skill. I believe regular progress tracking is essential. Together, we set clear goals and celebrate achievements to keep motivation high. I use technology like virtual piano apps and metronomes to support practice at home. These tools help students develop timing, accuracy, and independence. For students preparing for exams, I focus on technique, musicality, and exam strategies to help them perform at their best. For those interested in classical performance, I guide them through repertoire, expression, and stage presence to build confidence.

I’m a passionate piano tutor with 9 years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Piano Studies, which has shaped my deep understanding of music. Alongside teaching, I actively work as a composer and performer, bringing real-world experience into my lessons. I believe music is a lifelong journey, not just a skill to be learnt. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced musician, my goal is to support your unique path and help you grow. I tailor my teaching to fit each student’s style, pace, and interests. In my lessons, we focus on performance, theory, and composition to build a well-rounded musical foundation. I enjoy seeing students develop confidence and express themselves through music. My approach combines discipline with creativity, encouraging curiosity and enjoyment.
