About Stefan

With over 10 years of experience in risk, audit, and compliance roles across both the private and public sectors, I bring a deep, practical understanding of enterprise risk management and internal control frameworks. I currently work in a senior role at a large UK charity, helping to strengthen governance, drive improvement, and support strategic decision-making through effective risk and audit practices. I’m passionate about teaching because I believe in the power of forward-thinking risk management to create real, lasting value. My goal is to help others understand not just the theory, but how to apply strong risk and control frameworks to support improvement, resilience, and informed decision-making across organisations.
