My background includes working in the UAE, where I have gained extensive experience using CRM systems such as Opera PMS and Salesforce Service Cloud, handling customer inquiries, coordinating administrative operations, supporting logistics processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. I have also worked in receptionist and front-office roles, where strong communication, organization, and attention to detail were essential.
