I’m a certified yoga instructor with a yoga diploma and over two years of training experience. My focus is on mindful movement, stress relief, and helping students connect with their breath and body at their own pace. With a calm and encouraging style, I create a safe and welcoming space where every student, regardless of experience, can grow, unwind, and rediscover balance.

My teaching focuses on alignment, ease, and self-connection, perfect for beginners to intermediate adults seeking calm, flexibility, and mindful energy in their daily lives.
