About Noor
Hi! I’m a recent University of Toronto graduate and an incoming medical student who enjoys working with kids and teens. I’ve taught in community learning settings and have experience tutoring students one-on-one in English and math, including (K-12th grade) students. I’ve also supported SAT Reading and Writing preparation. I’m flexible and focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel supported, confident, and motivated to improve at their own pace.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs. Lessons will focus on the student's areas of improvement and topics of concern (typically reading comprehension, essay writing, etc.) I enjoy breaking concepts down in a way that feels easy to understand. Whether a student wants to feel more comfortable reading passages, strengthen their comprehension, or get ready for exams, my goal is to make English feel less stressful and more manageable. Lessons are offered online with flexible scheduling.
