I use conversation to help the student develop the tools necessary to solve problems at their own pace instead of showing the solution. Curriculum changes based on each student’s needs and background.

I am deeply passionate science and scientific education. My goal is to be the type of teacher that inspires a passion for science and mathematics. I enjoy using models and real world examples to show students why they are learning the material. I also make sure to make each tutoring session is a conversation allowing the student to lead the lesson. This helps students learn how to solve problems with critical thinking and reasoning skills instead of just memorization.
