About Swaleha

I am an IB Valedictorian who graduated top of my class, with Higher Level subjects in Biology, Chemistry, and Business Management, and Standard Level subjects in English, French, and Mathematics. After the IB, I pursued Biomedical Sciences at the University of Leicester, which strengthened my academic foundation and ability to guide students through challenging material. As someone who has gone through the IB myself, I understand both the academic demands and the pressure students face. This allows me to not only teach the subject content but also provide strategies for effective studying, exam success, and essay writing. I bring professionalism, dedication, and patience to every lesson. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and ultimately mastering the material. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit their needs - whether that means breaking down complex concepts, focusing on exam technique, or providing detailed feedback on written work. With me, you will gain more than just knowledge of the IB curriculum: you’ll gain structure, confidence, and strategies to perform at your best.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m an IB Valedictorian who studied HL Biology, HL Chemistry, HL Business Management, SL English, SL French and SL Maths, graduating top of my class. I also went on to study Biomedical Sciences at the University of Leicester, which gave me even deeper subject knowledge.

I know exactly what it takes to succeed in the IB — from scoring well in exams to writing strong IAs and Extended Essays. I’ve been through it myself, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel at times. My lessons are designed to make complex topics simple, structured, and manageable.

IB Biology & Chemistry (HL/SL) – clear explanations, exam practice, lab report guidance
