I am a Food Blogger and the Vegan Recipe Developer behind my blog Splurge with Ella. I have learned to cook from incredible chefs during my time as a chef's assistant at a farm-to-table cooking school. I am passionate about sustainability and creating healthy recipes that you can feel good about. Healthy and gluten-free desserts are my specialties!

My teaching method is to give you all of the necessary foundational knowledge that you need to understand the science behind healthy and vegan baking. I believe that anyone can cook and that healthy food tastes amazing when prepared correctly. You will be amazed by the ingredient alternatives that can be used in vegan recipes to create delicious treats that you can feel good about!
