About Connor
For the past 12 years, I have enjoyed helping High School and College students improve their English through personalized ESL instruction. During this time, I have successfully taught around 150 students and supported them in building confidence, improving grades, and strengthening communication skills.
I believe effective teaching begins with understanding each student's goals. My lessons cover grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and pronunciation while using simple explanations and practical examples that students can easily relate to.
I encourage students to participate actively, practice regularly, and develop confidence through positive reinforcement. Regular evaluations and constructive feedback help learners recognize their progress and stay motivated.
One of my proudest accomplishments is seeing students who once lacked confidence become fluent English communicators. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic English, Vocabulary Development, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, and Communication Skills. My goal is to help every student enjoy learning while achieving lasting success.

My approach to teaching ESL is centered on creating an engaging learning experience that helps students communicate with confidence. I follow an accountability, integrity, flexibility, communication, and positivity approach because I believe these qualities encourage both academic success and personal growth.
Lessons are customized according to each student's learning needs and include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I use practical exercises, discussions, role plays, presentations, and real-life scenarios that allow students to apply English naturally.
Accountability encourages learners to remain responsible for their progress through regular practice and clear learning goals. Integrity creates an environment built on trust, respect, and honest feedback. Flexibility enables me to adapt my teaching methods whenever students need additional guidance.
Communication is practiced throughout every lesson because frequent interaction helps students improve fluency and confidence. A positive learning atmosphere inspires learners to stay motivated while celebrating every milestone.
Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Business English, Academic Writing, Vocabulary Development, Reading Comprehension, Pronunciation Practice, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, and Professional English. My mission is to help students use English confidently in every situation.
