About Mae
With 13 years of experience as a singing tutor for college students, I focus on creating lessons that are both structured and inspiring. I believe every student has a unique voice and the ability to improve with the right guidance and consistent practice.
My lessons cover key vocal skills such as breathing techniques, pitch control, tone quality, vocal agility, and expressive singing, along with performance training and confidence building. I combine traditional vocal exercises with modern teaching methods like recording sessions, playback analysis, and interactive learning activities to make lessons engaging and practical.
I also encourage students to experiment with different music styles and develop their own artistic identity. My teaching style is patient, motivating, and flexible, helping students feel comfortable and confident as they grow.

My Singing teaching methodology is student-centered and built on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management. I believe that each student has different learning needs, so I adjust my teaching style accordingly.
I motivate students by setting small and achievable goals and encouraging them to stay positive. I explain vocal techniques like breathing, pitch, tone, and voice control in a clear and simple way. I also maintain open communication so students can ask questions freely.
Creativity is included in every lesson through activities like vocal improvisation, singing different genres, and expression practice. This helps students enjoy learning and build confidence.
Each session is well-organized with time for warm-ups, skill development, song practice, and feedback. I monitor progress and provide personalized guidance.
Apart from Singing, I also teach music basics, rhythm, ear training, and performance techniques.
