I worked with Swapna as her colleague in Sholai School, Kodaikanal, for just over a year. She is a well-experienced primary school math teacher as she went on to work there for another four years.
Swapna paid attention to each of her students and was always approachable even outside the classroom space, as Sholai School is a residential school.
