About Amdad

My experience is very vast as I have worked in many secondary schools ranging from outstanding to special measures. Due to this it has enabled me to develop my teaching practice and pedagogical knowledge in KS3, KS4 and KS5.

About the lesson

When I deliver Maths, my intention is to pitch the lesson correctly, as I always consider the needs of my pupils as I individually personalise the learning to allow students to access the learning. This will enable students to make progress faster in the short term.

Elisei has been a good student as he listens attentively and follows step by step instructions to help improve his Mathematics knowledge. He has massively improved his learning and proactiveness and if he continues I cannot see why he can't get the grades he deserves.
