About Lisa
I have taught French and Italian at KS2, KS3 GCSE and A Level in schools in the south west for the last 20+ years. I’m hugely experienced and described as a fun and energetic teacher, I enjoy personalising lessons so they tap into topics that really interest my students. I create a friendly environment so students feel confident to have a go - when speaking in a foreign language this is really important. I marked over 250 oral exams last summer so I have a really good understanding of what is needed to achieve the highest grades. My in-depth knowledge of the exam requirements as well as my encouraging and friendly disposition means that my students find my intervention really helpful, particularly in preparing for the nerve racking oral exam.
