About Magdalen
I am a student at Bond University in the Doctor of Physiotherapy program. I was certified to teach yoga in the United States in 2016 and have been teaching group and private lessons since then! I currently live in Robina, but i have a car and am willing to travel in the Gold Coast area. Looking forward to spreading my love for movement! Namaste

The style of yoga I teach is a vinyasa based flow that combines what I have learned studying physiotherapy- aiming to focus on proper anatomical alignment, integrate the core and promote sustainable movement patterns. I have taught yoga to all ages and I am adaptable to suit your yoga needs and goals.
