About Apoorva
Hello there!
I've been practicing yoga since I was ten y/o! So, the instructions and the flow is ingrained in new and my subconscious. (doesn't mean thatI don't goof up from time to time!)
I got my certification three years and I've taught people from the age of 5 to 78, and trust me, they all love it the same! :')

Guided Meditation with Apoorva.
What if I tell you, 35mins of this guided meditation session is worth two and a half hours of sleep? It's true!
It's only natural to feel distracted while trying to focus and meditate, but with a voice to follow your body and mind relaxes.
If you stress, overthink, have a hectic job or someone who holds a lot in, this is for you!
It's for anyone with a body and mind, and ofcourse willingness to connect the two!
Vinyasa Flow.
It's a slow and mindful practise where you try and connect your body and mind and breath.It's a beautiful balance and a learned practise.
