About Cata
I am a certified Yoga Alliance instructor with 250+ hours of training, specializing in vinyasa yoga and yoga sculpt. My classes focus on building strength, breath control, and confidence through mindful, well-structured movement. I place strong emphasis on proper alignment and clear cueing to ensure a safe and effective practice for every student.
I am passionate about helping students feel stronger, more confident, and supported in their practice, whether they are new to yoga or looking to challenge themselves with strength-based flows and inversions. I approach teaching with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, creating an environment that is both motivating and safe.

My teaching focuses on building strength, breath control, and confidence through movement. I combine vinyasa yoga and yoga sculpt, using bodyweight and light weights to create a strong, dynamic practice while maintaining proper alignment and mindful breathing.
Classes follow a clear structure: breathwork and warm-up, a strength-focused flow or sculpt sequence, optional **inversion preparation**, and a grounded cool-down. I use progressive sequencing and clear cues to make poses, especially inversions, feel accessible and safe.
What sets me apart is my strength-based approach and emphasis on breath, helping students grow stronger while developing control and confidence. With 250+ hours of training, my classes are suitable for beginners building strength and for intermediate to advanced students looking to deepen their practice and explore inversions.
