About Isla
I have 5 years of teaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Violin Education. My teaching journey has allowed me to work with students of different ages and backgrounds while helping them strengthen both technical skills and musical confidence. I enjoy seeing learners grow through consistent effort and encouragement.
My approach combines structured learning with a supportive atmosphere. I help students develop reliable fundamentals while also encouraging personal expression and creativity. Every learner receives guidance that reflects their goals and learning style.
Watching students become more confident performers is one of the most rewarding parts of my profession. I enjoy helping learners discover new strengths and overcome challenges. My aim is to make violin learning both enjoyable and meaningful.

My violin lessons focus on creating a comfortable space where students can grow without pressure. We work on bow control, tone production, finger placement, rhythm accuracy, posture, and musical expression through clear and manageable practice routines. Every lesson is designed to encourage steady progress and confidence.
I use slow practice methods, relaxation exercises, open-string studies, and listening activities to help students develop consistency and control. Learners are guided through challenges step by step so they can build stronger habits and enjoy visible improvement. Lessons emphasize patience, focus, and long-term development.
Whether a student is returning after time away from music or continuing their studies, lessons are adapted to individual needs. I provide practical feedback and supportive guidance throughout the learning process. My goal is to help every learner feel confident and connected to their music.
