About Lila
My journey with the violin began through an appreciation for its expressive voice and rich musical history. This passion inspired me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music followed by a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance Studies. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with learners of different ages and abilities.
I believe every student benefits from instruction that is supportive, personalized, and encouraging. My teaching approach focuses on helping learners understand techniques while developing confidence through consistent success. I enjoy creating positive learning experiences that motivate growth.
Outside teaching, I spend time exploring violin repertoire, attending concerts, and studying performance traditions. These experiences enrich my lessons and provide valuable insight for students. Helping learners develop their musical abilities remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career.

My violin lessons focus on helping students build technical accuracy while developing expressive musical skills. We work on posture, bow movement, intonation control, finger placement, rhythm precision, and tone quality through structured exercises and carefully selected music. Every lesson encourages steady progress and greater confidence.
As students become more advanced, we explore shifting techniques, vibrato development, articulation variety, sight-reading skills, ensemble playing, interpretation strategies, and recital preparation. Lessons are customized according to each learner’s goals and experience level, ensuring meaningful and effective improvement. Consistent support helps students overcome challenges with confidence.
I believe violin study should balance discipline with creativity. My goal is to help students become expressive musicians who feel comfortable sharing their music with others. Every lesson promotes technical growth, artistic development, and lasting achievement.
