About Napa

Nothing brings me more joy than seeing others succeed, that’s why I’ve chosen to tutor the next wave of HR professionals. Prior to starting my career in HR, I studied Psychology at the University of Lincoln and my first job was within the finance team! Funnily enough this was where I learnt more about HR and loved the fact that HR was always people facing (as an extrovert I loved this) I then left that role and have been on an HR career ever since. I loved it so much I completed my CIPD level 7 through an MA in HR Management at Oxford Brookes. Currently I’m working as an HR specialist focusing on Organisational Design at a very well known bank.

About the lesson

I’m here to support you at any point in your HR career journey, whether that’s completing your CIPD qualifications or building your confidence to secure that next role.

Very flexible with how I can help, I can be your coach, mentor, tutor (helping with your assignments or ask anything about your course content).

As an HR professional I’ve experienced incredibly varied industries and sizes; from working as part of a high growth Fintech to a traditional publishing corporate. My role has also varied from being operational and strategic, which I love as mostly I’ve worked as an HR Business Partner.
