About Thea
I am an experienced Singing tutor with 18 years of teaching expertise. I teach School students, College students, and Working Professionals who are eager to improve their singing abilities and develop a stronger connection with music.
My teaching philosophy focuses on building confidence through structured learning and positive reinforcement. I believe students learn best when they feel supported and encouraged. Therefore, I create personalized lesson plans that help learners achieve their goals while enjoying the learning process.
My lessons include breathing exercises, pitch improvement, rhythm practice, voice projection, articulation, vocal flexibility, and performance preparation. Through practical activities and performance-based learning, students gain the skills needed to become confident singers. Regular assessments help track progress and maintain motivation.
Besides Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Coaching, and Music Appreciation. These complementary subjects help students gain a broader understanding of music and strengthen their overall performance abilities. I also emphasize effective practice techniques and vocal wellness.
My goal is to inspire students to reach their highest potential while developing a genuine love for music. Through patience, expertise, and encouragement, I help learners achieve lasting success.

My teaching methodology for Singing is designed to provide complete vocal and performance training through flexibility, creativity, understanding, and effective time management. I aim to help students strengthen their voices while developing the confidence needed to perform successfully.
I begin by understanding each student's musical interests, goals, and current skill level. This helps me create personalized lessons that support individual growth and achievement.
Creativity is an important element of my teaching. Through song interpretation, vocal exercises, listening activities, and performance simulations, students develop both technical skills and artistic confidence.
My lessons focus on breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, rhythm, diction, tone quality, vocal health, and stage presence. Students learn how to apply these skills effectively in performances and everyday singing.
Understanding and patience help create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their abilities and overcoming challenges.
Time management allows me to structure lessons efficiently and ensure balanced development in all areas of singing. Each session includes warm-ups, technical practice, song work, and performance coaching.
Alongside Singing, I can teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Wellness, Sight Singing, and Music Appreciation. My goal is to help students become skilled, confident, and expressive singers who enjoy sharing their passion for music.
