About Monisha
Hello, I'm Monisha Mahi, an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from VIT Chennai, with internship experience at IIT Madras and professional experience in the IT industry. My academic and professional journey has helped me develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which I bring into every class.
I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their abilities and achieve their academic goals through clear explanations, patience, and consistent guidance. I believe that learning should be an engaging and positive experience, where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring concepts without hesitation.
As an educator, I am committed to maintaining a supportive, respectful, and professional learning environment. I understand that every student learns differently, and I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and academic needs. My focus is not only on improving grades but also on helping students develop critical thinking, curiosity, and a genuine understanding of the subjects they study.

Hi, I'm Monisha Dudi. My teaching approach focuses on understanding concepts rather than memorizing answers. I believe that when students understand the "why" behind a topic, learning becomes easier, more enjoyable, and long-lasting.
My classes are interactive and student-centered. Instead of one-way lectures, I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and actively participate in discussions. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, visual learning techniques, and practice-based learning to make even challenging topics easier to understand.
A typical class begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by learning new topics step-by-step. Students then solve problems with my guidance, helping them build confidence and improve their problem-solving skills. Regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and personalized feedback help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
What makes my classes different is the supportive and comfortable learning environment I create. Students are encouraged to ask questions freely without fear of making mistakes. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to develop curiosity, logical thinking, and independent learning habits.
I primarily teach Mathematics and Science to school students and adapt my teaching style according to each student's learning pace and academic goals. Every student learns differently, and I ensure that my classes are personalized to help them reach their full potential.
