"Imagine the sensation of your voice resonating freely without any strain or tension in the throat. We begin by establishing a baseline for your vocal health before moving into repertoire that suits your specific range. Because I curate a personalized song list built around each student, you stay engaged with music that fits your voice perfectly. My 7 years of experience allows me to identify exactly where your technique needs adjustment during our regular practice sessions.
We cover everything from complex vibrato control to the subtle nuances of musical theater storytelling. McGill University taught me how to analyze music as a whole, which I apply to your vocal development. Lessons feel like a collaboration where we refine your sound together.
You will find that even difficult exam pieces become manageable with the right warmups. I keep our time together focused on steady growth."

"Technical precision is often less about rigid discipline and more about understanding the mechanics of your own body. I have taught 165 students how to balance vocal health with genre styling for pop, classical, and musical theater. My McGill music degree provides the foundation for teaching pitch control, vibrato, and belting. Growing up in the chanson tradition of Vigneault and Leloup shaped my understanding of diction and articulation.
Intermediate learners and exam candidates often seek me out to bridge the gap between head and chest voice. I guide teens and adults through the process of range extension with care. Experience with microphone technique allows me to help you perform with authentic confidence."
