About Dean
Operating a studio in Washington DC keeps me busy with students from 12 to 64 years old. Does your current singing routine leave your throat feeling tired or strained? I hold a BFA in Musical Theatre and specialize in helping vocalists recover from nodules or unsafe habits.
My expertise covers pitch control, stage fear management, breathing control, belting technique, and microphone technique. Additional areas I address include diction, articulation, genre styling, warm-up exercises, and sight singing. Since my early days, I have guided singers toward national tours and BFA drama school spots. Feel free to reach out if you want to chat about your voice.

This approach helps you track progress outside our scheduled time together. I focus on keeping your instrument healthy while we tackle complex repertoire or stage anxiety. You will find that healthy habits lead to better control during live performances. Success looks like a consistent and reliable sound that carries you toward your artistic goals.
