About Leona
My love for singing began through a deep appreciation for musical storytelling and performance. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music before earning a PhD in Vocal Pedagogy. During the past 13 years, I have guided singers of different ages and experience levels through their vocal development.
I believe every voice deserves thoughtful guidance and encouragement. My teaching style focuses on vocal health, clear communication, and helping students build confidence through consistent progress. Every learner receives personalised support throughout their musical journey.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing, studying vocal literature, and exploring a variety of musical genres. These experiences enrich my lessons and provide students with valuable artistic perspectives. Helping singers unlock their potential remains one of the most meaningful parts of my profession.

My singing lessons focus on helping students develop healthy vocal habits while strengthening their confidence and musical expression. Topics such as breath support, resonance control, vocal placement, pitch accuracy, diction, phrasing, song interpretation, and stage presentation are taught through structured exercises and practical performance activities. I help learners build a strong technical foundation that supports artistic freedom.
Lessons are personalised according to the student's vocal experience, goals, and musical interests. Beginners focus on foundational skills and vocal awareness, while advanced singers refine technique, interpretation, and performance preparation. Every lesson includes clear guidance and targeted practice to support steady improvement.
I create a welcoming learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their voices and embrace challenges. Singing becomes more enjoyable when learners understand their strengths and continue building on them. My goal is to help students become expressive, confident singers who enjoy sharing music with others.
