About Herman

Classical training feels like a relic when I am chasing pop sounds. I studied at the University of Cincinnati for a reason. Realizing that contemporary singers need more than just operatic habits changed everything for me.

Certified as a Vocology Practitioner, I focus on the biology of sound. Have you considered how your vocal cords coordinate during belting?

My career spans from professional gigging to quiet studio work. I help auditionees and hobbyists master their own unique instruments.

Keeping your voice healthy is my primary goal. Balancing head and chest registers is simpler than you think. Are you ready to see what your range can do?

About the lesson

Trying to smooth out that bridge is frustrating when you lack the right coordination. You hit a wall right where the notes get high.

My approach draws on Seth Riggs-inspired methods to overcome these vocal difficulties. We isolate the laryngeal muscles.

No more pushing or straining. Recorded warm-up routines are shared for daily home practice.

You get clear instructions on tone and resonance. Rhythm and phrasing become second nature during our time together. Harmony singing gets a deep dive too.

Vocal health is always protected while we explore new sounds. My approach keeps things simple and direct. You will find clarity in every single exercise we perform.
