About Tori

I hold a PhD in Vocal Performance Studies and have 12 years of experience teaching singers of different ages and backgrounds. My musical journey began through performance opportunities that sparked a lifelong passion for vocal artistry and education. Teaching allows me to share that passion while supporting students in their personal growth.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes encouragement, technical understanding, and adaptability. Every singer has different strengths and goals, so I design lessons that match individual needs. Through vocal exercises, performance coaching, and thoughtful guidance, I help learners improve while maintaining healthy singing habits. Building confidence is an important part of my work.

Outside teaching, I enjoy studying vocal techniques, attending live performances, and exploring a variety of musical styles. These experiences help me bring fresh inspiration into lessons. Teaching singing is rewarding because I get to witness students transform dedication into achievement. Their progress continues to motivate me every day.

About the lesson

My singing lessons are designed to help students build a balanced combination of vocal technique and musical expression. We explore breath support, tone production, vocal agility, resonance, diction, phrasing, ear training, and performance preparation through structured and engaging exercises. I focus on helping learners understand their own voice so they can sing with confidence and consistency. This approach encourages steady improvement while supporting healthy vocal development.

Lessons are customized to suit each student's goals and current experience. Beginners work on vocal foundations, confidence building, and simple song performance. Intermediate singers strengthen control, flexibility, and expressive ability through targeted practice. Advanced learners refine interpretation, stage presence, and stylistic versatility. Regular feedback helps students continue progressing in a positive and productive way.

I believe singing should be both educational and inspiring. My lessons create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring new challenges. As confidence grows, learners become more expressive and capable performers. My goal is to help every student enjoy the process of discovering and developing their unique voice.
