Ok.... My method is a bit strange....
First I will have a small conversation about your day....etc etc....
Then I will explain you about the concept then I'll explain you about the concept by words and then make you physically write down the concept ... Give you some sums related to the concept... I'll make sure you really understood the concept.. then I'll wynd up the session...
Give you homework (assignment) and you will have to show me in the next session else I'll do the same concept until my given assignment is completed.
Its a bit strict but reliable enough.....
