I started meditation over twenty years ago.
I am a certified teacher in meditation, hatha yoga and yoga Nidra.

Over the course, I will teach you different techniques of concentration and meditation.
We will learn to find a stable base, to observe the breath, to control it, to live in full consciousness. We will also be able to work on harmonizing your chakras, singing mantras or observing the impermanence of phenomena.
The techniques are multiple but the goal is the same: find who you really are and live in resonance in inner silence.
