About Jethro
Although I was formally trained as an educator, I built my career as a seasoned BPO manager. Over the past two decades, I've gained extensive experience in client communications, onboarding, training and development, people management, and quality auditing. These real-world experiences have strengthened my ability to teach, coach, and communicate effectively, providing practical insights that extend well beyond traditional classroom instruction.
