About Talish
I’m a second-year Physics student at the University of Warwick, and I was Further Maths Subject Captain at sixth form. I have tutored GCSE and A-Level students in Maths, Further Maths and Physics, and I enjoy it because the best moment in any lesson is when something that looked impossible suddenly makes sense. I remember how it feels to be stuck on a hard question, so I explain things patiently and in plain language, and I never rush a student past a gap in understanding. I also hold a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award, which reflects the commitment and reliability I bring to every lesson.

I’m a Physics student at the University of Warwick and was Further Maths Subject Captain at sixth form. I tutor GCSE and A-Level Maths, Further Maths and Physics, and I can also help with university-level topics such as quantum physics and thermodynamics. Lessons are online and last 60 minutes. Each one starts by finding out exactly where you are stuck. We then work through the idea step by step, followed by exam-style questions so you can apply it yourself. I focus on understanding why methods work rather than memorising them, which makes unfamiliar questions far less intimidating. Lessons are tailored to your exam board and goals, and I’m happy to go through past papers or homework.
