I am educated in HK for more than 15years andbeing a tutor for more than 15 years. My youngest student is two and oldest is adult. Most of my students are eager to knowledge and happy to learn new things. Most of them get nice results in subject I teach and parents are satisfied.

It can be flexible. First lesson, I may ask student’s exportation, a test for knowing what they already know. And in the next lessons we will have assessment to make sure they get knowledge in previous lesson. And the end of every lesson there will be a conclusion. This makes a secure learning and no pressure even if student fail in assessment. But only appreciate.
