About Allison
Hello! I’m Allie, a photographer with over 12 years of experience as a professional wedding photographer. Throughout my career, I have captured countless beautiful moments and learned the art of storytelling through images. Now, I’m excited to share my knowledge and creativity with young, aspiring photographers!
My goal as a tutor is to inspire confidence and foster a love for photography in my students. I believe that every child has a unique perspective, and I’m here to help them explore and express it through their camera. With a focus on fun, hands-on learning, I create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to experiment, ask questions, and grow their skills.
As a parent myself, I understand the importance of finding a teacher who is patient, professional, and engaging. I take great care in providing lessons that are both educational and enjoyable, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for every student.

As a former wedding photographer with 12 years of experience, I’m passionate about passing down my knowledge to the next generation of creatives! My lessons are tailored for kids who are curious about photography and eager to explore the world through their lens.

Each lesson balances practical skills—like understanding camera settings and composition—with fun exercises that inspire creativity and storytelling. I aim to build confidence and foster a love for photography in every child.

A typical lesson begins with a brief introduction to a key concept (like lighting or framing), followed by a creative assignment that encourages students to apply what they've learned in a real-world context. We might explore different genres, such as portrait, landscape, or action photography, depending on the student's interests. I provide feedback in a supportive and constructive way to help them grow and develop their skills.
